StakeMaster is intended solely for users aged 18 years or over. By using StakeMaster, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Subscription Services

Certain features of StakeMaster require an active subscription. Subscription access is provided through Apple App Store and Google Play billing systems where applicable.

Subscription pricing, billing periods and available plans are displayed within the application before purchase.

4. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.

5. No Guarantee of Results

StakeMaster provides information, analysis, calculations and related content for informational and entertainment purposes only.

StakeMaster does not guarantee any financial outcome, profit, performance, success rate or result arising from the use of the platform.

6. Responsible Use

Users are responsible for their own decisions and actions. StakeMaster encourages responsible participation and supports responsible gambling initiatives.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, software, graphics and materials provided through StakeMaster remain the property of StakeMaster or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StakeMaster and its owners, operators, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to StakeMaster at any time where these Terms of Use are breached or where required for operational, legal or security reasons.
